Account data
- Email address (for authentication and transactional emails)
- Name (if provided)
- Password (hashed, never stored in plaintext)
Usage data
- Pages visited, features used, timestamps
- Browser type, device type, IP address
- Referral source
API & platform data
- Data retrieved from connected third-party platforms (e.g., ad performance metrics, campaign analytics)
- OAuth tokens for authorized platform access

- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, billing)

04 // DATA RETENTION
API & platform data: retained for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, all platform-sourced analytics data is permanently deleted.
Account data: retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
Usage analytics: anonymized and aggregated. No personally identifiable information is retained in analytics beyond session scope.
05 // WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.
We do not store personally identifiable information (PII) beyond what is necessary for account management and service delivery. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
07 // THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DNS, DDoS protection
- Vercel — web application hosting
- Stripe — payment processing (we never store card details)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- PostHog — product analytics
- Sentry — error monitoring (no PII collected)
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
08 // SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), hashed passwords, secure OAuth token storage, and strict CORS policies. All infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global edge network.
While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data and promptly address any security incidents.
09 // YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of analytics tracking
- Withdraw consent at any time
