01 // ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using any Pelian Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) product or service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

02 // SERVICES

Pelian Labs provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products including web applications, APIs, marketing optimization tools, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

03 // ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

• One account per person or entity
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

04 // ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from our services without permission
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate another person or entity

05 // API & PLATFORM DATA

When you connect third-party platform accounts (e.g., advertising platforms, social media), you authorize us to access and process data from those platforms on your behalf.

• We access only the data necessary to provide our services
• Platform data is retained for a maximum of 30 days
• You are responsible for maintaining valid API credentials
• We are not liable for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies
• You must comply with the third-party platform's own terms of service

06 // PAYMENT & BILLING

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We use Stripe for payment processing and never store card details directly

07 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with Pelian Labs products are our property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of any data you upload or connect to our services.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. This license terminates when you delete your account.

08 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pelian Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

09 // WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that our services will meet your specific requirements.

10 // TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may immediately terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.

11 // CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12 // GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
